Foxxtown Apartments is a 41-unit, three story senior apartment complex located in beautiful Sudlersville, Maryland. The complex includes 38 one-bedroom rented at $450 and 3 two-bedroom apartments rented at $515. Applicants must be at least 62 years of age. All units are designed for fully independent living but are adaptable for wheelchairs. Prospective tenants must meet income guidelines. Amenities in the apartment complex include a library/lounge, community space, and a resident-run Country Store.
