Safe Haven Manor - Assisted Living Facility

The Housing Authority of Queen Anne's County together with the Queen Anne’s County Board of Commissioners dedicated the former Open Arms Assisted Living Facility in Sudlersville, Maryland on Thursday, April 2, 2009. The facility was purchased by the Housing Authority in 2007 as an existing 8-bed facility and an additional 8-bed section was then added.

Extensive renovations were completed and the 16-bed assisted living facility opened in March of 2009. Lori Frase, owner and operator of The Heartland House in Grasonville, Maryland is leasing the property now known as Safe Haven Manor.
